OUR LOGO
Our Logo is designed as a representation of the beautiful Greater Whitsundays Region, bringing two distinct images together. Our Logo can be seen in two ways: as a sea turtle symbolising nature’s longevity and peace, or as a tree branch with leaves signifying good luck, growth and new life.
OUR EQUIPMENT
Rather than simply referring to our equipment as stills, we have lovingly named our three 14,000L fermentation tanks George, Jim and Barry after the family’s older generations to give them character and personality.
We also have two custom design stills named after the next generation of the family; a 200L bubble plate still called Annie that creates the most beautiful spirits full of flavour. The second still named James is used for a continuous distillation style creating charming Vodka and Agricole Rum spirit flavours.
